I've Never Cooked Such Delicious Pork! Juicy Pork for Winter Dinner. Delicious!

Ingredients and recipe:
Use paper towels to dry the pork chops
Use a meat tenderizer on the pork chops
Repeat on the other side
Place the pork chops in a bowl
30ml soy sauce
15ml oyster sauce
15ml cooking wine
1/2tsp salt
1tsp white sugar
Black pepper
15ml corn starch
Mix well
Pour over the meat
4tbsp corn starch
Coat the meat with corn starch
Olive oil
Place the pork chops in the pan
Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Flip over and cook for another 3-5 minutes
1 onion
Thinly slice the onion
Add to the pan
3 cloves of garlic
10g ginger
Cook for 2 minutes
30ml cooking wine or water
Cook for 2 minutes
Done!
