That was the exact moment I faced during my Reiki class last weekend.

But instead of chaos, something incredible happened.

No one panicked. No one rushed.

Without a single word, everyone simply responded.
Towels were thrown down, furniture was moved, and within minutes, the situation was under control—without losing the energy of the space.

And here’s what hit me: Life is going to throw storms your way, but how you respond is always up to you.

You can resist it, let it shake you, or—you can stay grounded and move with it.

💡 The real test of inner peace isn’t found in the quiet moments—it’s found in the unexpected ones.

The storm didn’t shake me. Because I’ve mastered the art of keeping my peace—no matter what.
