An Open Letter to State Farm Insurance

State Farm is providing an attorney, Evan Aronson of Preg O'Donnell & Gillett to represent Tiffany Berg of 'Brookings Oregon for her voluntary decision to turn a light on or off, which does NOT affect her property value. Why, when so many are hurting in California as a result of fires, which are NOT under their control. In my opinion, this is abuse. Tiffany's light is affecting my property value but because I am a plaintiff since she refuses to cover it and make it a motion, I receive no help from my homeowners insurance company and have to pay for everything up front, and go up against a well-connected attorney in Portland - in Oregon where they hate outsiders and people from California. We are blamed for their housing prices and so much more.
