• Start by reading basic computer science books like "Computer Programming, Principles and Techniques" and "Data Structures and Algorithms" parts 1 and 2. These will cover the fundamentals taught in the first year of a computer science degree.

• After reading these books for around 2 weeks, you'll have enough knowledge to research and learn more advanced topics like data science, AI, blockchain, etc.

• Then you can read relevant books for the field you want to pursue, like Power BI and Tableau for data visualization, Python books for data science and AI, blockchain books for blockchain development, etc.

• If you don't know anything about computers, start with freelancing. Read the basic computer science books first, then read books on how to earn money online.

• There are around 20-22 ways to earn money online from home in Pakistan according to the author. The books will provide details on websites to register on and how to get started.

• This can allow you to earn an income within 6 months to 1 year, especially for students from government schools or studying in Urdu medium.​
