Info from Licensor: "This video of a rare waterspout was taken at approximately 9:45 AM. The camera was looking west from West Tisbury on Martha’s Vineyard over Vineyard Sound. The waterspout eventually turned into an EF0 tornado in Woods Hole, Massachusetts."
