So the topic says how positive have its exercise, meditation and journaling improve mental health. So I have been in severe depression and I can tell you there's a place beyond sadness. I call it the cold where you lose emotion, you lose the ability to emote. It is the worst place I've experienced in my life. Even pain which become pain, so long pain felt like home was gone at that point. I finally got far enough down that I decided maybe I should do something about this. Started reading and the actually the turning point was realizing I wasn't alone. Limitations 3 and 11. Once I realized I wasn't alone, that there was, they gave me some sense of hope. And from some sense of hope, well, how do I change this? The being raised by Marines started taking over and decided to do something. So I started reading and I looked at eastern religion and western religion and philosophy, theology, psychology, all kinds of different things.
