I think one of the, uh, the greatest triggers is your self esteem because if you know, you can look at yourself in the mirror and realize that, then you can use that as encouragement to get skinny or you could say, oh, well, I hate that I drink. Then you can start on quitting drinking. You don't like it. What if you don't like something about yourself? You can try to change it. Well and well, that's it. That's what so what most people need to have is what if you understand that you can change habits and you have something that that people need hope.
