Exploring Mandurah Australia: City Walking Tour of Mandurah Terrace

Join me on my immersive city walking tour along Mandurah Terrace in Mandurah, Australia.

Mandurah is a small seaside city about 72 kms (45 miles) south of Perth. We start the tour walking along Mandurah Terrace, then down the Smart Street Mall, then back along Mandurah Terrace (with a special appearance from The Drover's Dog), then along the boardwalks along Peel Inlet, ending back at Mandurah Terrace on a sunny, but very windy afternoon in 2024.

The story behind the Drover's Dog statue is that in the 1840's there was an inn and boarding house on the terrace and it was a common sight to see all the drovers' dogs tied up outside. The dogs would wait patiently outside and look up at their owners while they had a drink or two.
