Os Pilares do Golpe de Estado Moderno

O novo modelo de golpe não requer a dissolução do Parlamento nem o uso da força, mas sim a subversão das instituições democráticas por dentro, especialmente pelo Judiciário. Esse golpe se sustenta em cinco pilares fundamentais:
1. Decisões monocráticas que substituem o Congresso
• No golpe jurídico, ministros do Supremo Tribunal passam a legislar, determinando regras que jamais foram aprovadas pelo Legislativo. Com isso, cria-se um governo de juízes, sem qualquer controle democrático.
2. Criação de crimes inexistentes na lei
• Um dos elementos mais perigosos do golpe moderno é a invenção de crimes sem previsão legal. O caso mais evidente foi o da suposta “desinformação” ou “fake news”, um crime que não existe no Código Penal, mas que serviu de justificativa para investigações, censura e perseguições políticas.
3. Prisão política sem acusação do Ministério Público
• O Judiciário passa a decretar prisões sem a necessidade de denúncia formal do Ministério Público. O próprio juiz se torna investigador, vítima, acusador e julgador ao mesmo tempo, uma violação gravíssima ao devido processo legal.
4. Censura disfarçada de combate à desinformação
• No lugar de jornais sendo fechados pela polícia, como nos golpes tradicionais, temos uma censura moderna, onde redes sociais são bloqueadas, contas de opositores são removidas e vozes críticas são silenciadas sob o pretexto de combater fake news.
5. Uso da justiça eleitoral para definir o vencedor das eleições
• O golpe moderno não precisa fraudar diretamente as urnas. Basta que o tribunal eleitoral atue eliminando adversários, criando barreiras para um dos lados e garantindo que apenas um grupo tenha condições de concorrer.

The Pillars of the Modern Coup d'Etat

The new coup model does not require the dissolution of Parliament or the use of force, but rather the subversion of democratic institutions from within, especially by the Judiciary. This scam is based on five fundamental pillars:
1. Monocratic decisions that replace Congress
• In the legal coup, ministers of the Supreme Court begin to legislate, determining rules that were never approved by the Legislature. With this, a government of judges is created, without any democratic control.
2. Creation of crimes that do not exist in the law
• One of the most dangerous elements of the modern scam is the invention of crimes without legal provisions. The most obvious case was that of supposed “misinformation” or “fake news”, a crime that does not exist in the Penal Code, but which served as justification for investigations, censorship and political persecution.
3. Political arrest without prosecution by the Public Prosecutor's Office
• The Judiciary now orders arrests without the need for a formal complaint from the Public Prosecutor's Office. The judge himself becomes an investigator, victim, accuser and judge at the same time, a very serious violation of due legal process.
4. Censorship disguised as combating misinformation
• Instead of newspapers being closed by the police, as in traditional scams, we have modern censorship, where social networks are blocked, opponents' accounts are removed and critical voices are silenced under the pretext of combating fake news.
5. Use of electoral justice to define the winner of elections
• The modern scam does not need to directly rig the polls. It is enough for the electoral court to act by eliminating opponents, creating barriers for one side and ensuring that only one group is able to compete.
