"HOME CHEST WORKOUT

Get a stronger, more defined chest from the comfort of your own home!

In this video, I'm sharing my favorite 4-exercise chest workout routine that you can do at home with minimal equipment.

*EXERCISES:*

1. Push-ups: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
2. Chest Dips (using a chair or bench): 3 sets of 12-15 reps
3. Incline Push-ups (using stairs or a bench): 3 sets of 12-15 reps
4. Chest Flys (using dumbbells or water bottles): 3 sets of 12-15 reps
