Michael R. ELKINTON, MISSING SINCE JULY 12, 2017. Mike is a LOVING FATHER AND VIETNAM VETERAN. Mike, is widely reported to have been suffering from PTSD however there is no such diagnosis that we can find but he was diagnosed as a manic depressive bipolar and I just learned of some health issues at the time he was reported missing. Now certainly that PTSD is being so widely uncommonly diagnosed he probably did have symptoms of PTSD being a Vietnam veteran because he served in a very ugly war and him being a Vietnam veteran what probably most likely qualify for a PTSD however the diagnosis is still manic depressive bipolar.
