Hughes is a tremendous reader/digger who jumps to conclusions at times (Valenti, and here, with KT mil records). I get the feeling he's right that Armstrong was right about Oswald doubles/wrong to conclude there was actually a Lee and a Harvey running around in Dallas. CIA agents Seymour and Thornley, and others, posed as Oswald to build the commie Oswald legend, starting in Guy Bannister's office or earlier. I heard somewhere the Oswald actors started in Dallas right away when JFK announced he'd go there. The Ozwald setup is a huge piece of the puzzle so this would be a major find.
Hughes gets to the point in the thumbnail at 16m and you can see he doesn't know anything about the military.
Here's my Thornley Timeline (from this ep):

[If Thornly graduated HS at 18, that would be summer 1956-but Hughes says he graduated '56 as a junior. I suspect a math error or it could be the school records were altered, and that Thornly graduated on time in 1956, when he was 18, having been born in April 1948]

7-19-60 as he prepares to EAS/leave active duty, they're putting him in more schools.

Clearing up what he said about military:

Reserves are trained before they go on reserves, OBVIOUSLY, then they do a weekend a month at whatever unit they're assigned to, and two weeks in the summer. You'd think a 9-year police veteran would know that.
In Thornley's case, he took Basic Electronics Course because he's in aviation electronics and before you take specialized classes on aircraft gear you have to learn BASIC ELECTRONICS, and that takes about six months. But Hughes assumes they stash you away after boot camp and you don't do anything until you're called up. How could they call someone like Thornley to active duty, if their occupational specialty requires a year of schooling and he hasn't started yet?
The courses Thornley took are what everyone in his field takes, they don't make him unique. It sounds to me that he was originally an Amphibious Assaultman and did what's called a "lateral move" into aviation electronics, hence the "retraining."

I don't think anyone else has these records. It would help if we could actually see them instead of having to rediagram the events from Corey reading them in no coherent chronological order.
