Smoke Taint Wine Lecture

At last, the wine lecture I promised everyone! I've had this on my mind since last year but since the Palisades Fire, I decided to wait until after that situation was better under control to release this wine lecture since some people may have been affected by that fire. Even wine gets affected by wildfires! It's mostly an issue for California and Australia, but I imagine it might become a spreading problem to other places as well.
