Early in-person voting up 500 percent in Hamilton County

Walk-in voting at the Hamilton County Board of Elections is up more than 500 percent over 2014, says BOE director Sherry Poland. Poland says the number is over 16,000, compared to 3,000 for 2014. Poland predicts the turnout for Tuesday's electioin could reach 50 percent to 55 percent - about the same as for a presidential election.
