Oshkosh North High School went into lockdown Thursday morning following concerns about a teenage boy with a possible firearm. The lockdown was lifted after the boy was found and taken to a medical facility. In a news conference, the Oshkosh Police Chief says concerns first arose the previous day, when the mother of a 16-year-old boy reported to a school social worker that her son was behaving erratically. Police say the mother told the social worker that her son had fired an AR-15-style rifle on their property.
