WATCH: President Trump spent almost 4 minutes lecturing America's governors on how voting machines and mail-in ballots enable election FRAUD.

He urged them to immediately switch to watermarked paper ballots counted by hand: "If you want to save a lot of money, you go to paper ballots. It'll cost you 8% of what the costs are now. And that's based on a good deal for machines."
