"The First Rule of Spiritual Warfare is Tied to Covenant" uses current events to frame what God showed me more than 30 years ago. Dr. C. Peter Wagner saw what I wrote in 1994 and responded back saying, "nice theory, no proof." In this episode of Apostolic Perspectives we'll take a look at the history, the revelation and ancient blueprints God marked with unusual supernatural signs and wonders.

I began to use the ancient blueprint God showed me in the mid 90s to begin to equip church leaders in more than 34 nations to project power to enforce the will of King Jesus. It was my response to Dr. Wagner's challenge. These were often accompanied by signs and wonders and later followed by measurable and reproducible results. There was only one thing missing. Covenant!

In 2009 at Dutch Sheet's conference in Colorado Springs, Dr. Wagner was on the front row and I got to report to him the results of his challenge. On that day in that meeting, God gave me a diagram, a visual way to present the heavenly blueprint God showed me. He marked that day with "thundersnow." You'll see it in the video below.
