INGREDIENTS:
✔️ trout - 2 kilograms
✔️ lemon - 1 piece
✔️ olive oil - 80 grams
✔️ ground pepper - 1 teaspoon
✔️ Italian herbs - 1.5 teaspoons
✔️ salt - 2.5 tablespoons
✔️ rosemary - 5 pieces
✔️ thyme
✔️ new potatoes - 700 grams
✔️ cherry tomatoes on a branch - 250 grams

, COOKING:
1. Cut the potatoes in half. Add 30 grams of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of salt, half a teaspoon of ground pepper, rosemary leaves from 4 sprigs.
2. Mix everything well.
3. In a bowl, mix 50 grams of olive oil, half a teaspoon of ground pepper, and Italian herbs.
4. We make incisions on the trout.
5. Salt the fish inside and out (1.5 tablespoons of salt), do not forget to salt the incisions inside.
6. Similarly, we lubricate the trout with sauce, do not forget to cover the cuts.
7. Insert lemon slices into the incisions, thyme and remaining rosemary inside the fish.
8. Place the trout on a baking sheet, with potatoes and cherry tomatoes on the sides.
9. We send it to the oven for half an hour and set it at 200 degrees (do not hold it any longer, even if your fish is heavier, it will dry out).
10. The skin will easily come off the trout, the fish will be juicy and tasty.
