Conservative activist James O'Keefe's Project Veritas reportedly obtained this footage by planting an undercover journalist in Gillum's campaign. The journalist also recorded Smith admitting that his boss is among the "crazies," i.e., those in the radical far-left who've seemingly lost touch with reality.
