Info from Licensor: "The left lane got jammed because it was the only lane that connected to the freeway entrance. So after 20 minutes of inching forward as I was finally approaching the entrance, an orange SUV flew past me from the right lane and then suddenly stopped in the middle of the road, put on the indicator and waiting for a chance to squeeze in that left lane. Thanks to the orange SUV, traffic in the right lane had to come to a stop and despite the constant horn noise made by the following cars, that orange SUV just would not give up. Thankfully, one of the cars following the orange SUV was an unmarked police car. The police officer did not even hesitate to turn on his siren and a few moments later the SUV got pulled over."
