Massachusetts tried to set up "buffer zones" around abortion clinics back in 2014, but SCOTUS shut that down as a violation of the First Amendment. In the U.K., however, they still have buffer zones around abortion clinics. That's why you can be arrested for praying silently — within the buffer zone, you're not allowed to do anything that would convince a woman not to go ahead and have an abortion.
