The crew of Lady Michelle arrives in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and is thrilled to explore the ancient city. However, their excitement is short-lived, as they soon realize that their next charter group is a family with a penchant for luxury and a list of demanding requests.
As the charter gets underway, Bosun Malia White finds herself at odds with the charter guests' personal assistant, who is micromanaging every aspect of the charter. Malia must navigate the complex web of demands and expectations while keeping her deck team on track.
Meanwhile, Chef Mathew Shea is tasked with creating a customized menu for the charter guests, who have a range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Mathew must think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to impress the guests.
In the interior, Chief Stew Katie Flood is struggling to manage the charter guests' endless requests for amenities and services. Fifth Stew Lexi Wilson tries to help, but her inexperience causes more problems than solutions.
As the charter comes to a close, the crew is relieved to have made it through the demanding charter, but tensions among the crew are running high. A surprise revelation about one of the crew members throws everything off balance, leaving the crew stunned and wondering what's next.
