This cocktail brings the juicy flavors of ripe mango and passion fruit, spiced up with a cozy hint of cinnamon and vanilla.

A touch of roasted almond sweetness.

This is summer at first sip, but with a cozy, wintery afterglow. Perfect for those who crave the warmth of Christmas but aren’t ready to let go of summer vibes just yet.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
45ml - 1½oz ROASTED HAZELNUT & CINNAMON GIN
30ml - 1oz LICOR 43
15ml - ½oz ROASTED ALMONDS SYRUP
30ml - 1oz LIME JUICE
½ CARAMELIZED MANGO
PULP OF 1 PASSION FRUIT
CINNAMON STICK

Fully ripe mangoes don’t need to be muddled; a hard shake will do the trick.
If your mango is a bit firmer, you can start by muddling the caramelized mangoes at the bottom of your shaker.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled coupette glass.
