Whiskey in a Tiki cocktail? You bet! I’ve taken the classic Jungle Bird and given it a bold twist by swapping rum for a split base of Rye Whiskey and Strength Whiskey from Tennessee. The spice of the rye and the robust character of the strength whiskey add depth and complexity to the drink, making it a true whiskey lover’s take on Tiki.

To top it off, I replaced simple syrup with cinnamon and pomegranate syrup for a cozy, fall vibe.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
45ml-1½oz TENNESSEE RYE WHISKEY
15ml-½oz TENNESSEE STRENGTH WHISKEY
15ml-½oz ITALIAN RED BITTER LIQUEUR
60ml-2oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
15ml-½oz LEMON JUICE
15ml-½oz POMEGRANATE SYRUP
1 bar spoon CINNAMON SYRUP

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice filled Tumbler.
