COCKTAIL TANGERINE & VANILLA AMORE
The first mandarins of this season are already ripe. Who else loves these little fruit snacks that are full of flavor?

COCKTAIL RECIPE:

45ml-1½oz TANGERINE GIN
30ml-1oz BITTERSWEET ORANGE-RED APERITIVO
15ml-½oz VANILLA SYRUP
30ml-1oz TANGERINE JUICE
15ml-½ oz LEMON JUICE
1 EGG WHITE or other FOAMER

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled coupette glass.
