Emma was ‘trained’ at LAMDA, London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art, late 80’s, playing a Doctor in Medics for Granada TV in the 1990’s. Accidentally drug pushing for Big Pharma on TV opened her eyes. As a decorative artist her metabolic disease was exacerbated by heavy metal toxicity from solvents and paints pigments. Her two daughters, born at home, had health challenges, due to their mothers poisoning, but were the catalysts for Emma’s full blown awakening.

Becoming a Biodynamic grower, buying land to access real clean food, pioneering “Pig Club”, “Lamb Share” and ‘The Coop Co-op’ at The Crossing, Forest Row, Emma’s land work was ended in a High Court battle with local authority. Loosing her home, her business and her marriage in a whopping triple whammy, she bounced back with a vengeance thanks to GAPS.

Her mission is to help people with chronic ailments recover their strength and vitality using the food as medicine. Gut And Psychology Syndrome is the nutritional protocol that heals the gut, all disease begins in the gut and this fundamental realisation now steers Emma's every move.
