This guy created a website that accidentally captured criminals

In 2005, Canadian Bob Ines created a website, without criminal intent. Years later, he discovered that hundreds of people were using it to hire hit men. He reported everything to the police, including a serious case of a woman who wanted to kill three family members for inheritance. After his arrest, Bob turned the site into a parody, but it still receives orders to this day.
