Heavenly filling of Peanut Butter, Coconut, & Walnuts inside these homemade Chocolate Easter Eggs
Easter Egg Ingredients
3/4 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Softened Butter
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar + 1/2 to 1 Cup more
1 Cup Flaked Coconut
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts
Chocolate Easter Egg Coating
2 Cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
2 TBSP Shortening

I find it's best to shape these Easter Eggs by hand. If you use an egg tray, it should be well-greased with butter or shortening and the eggs need to set up in the freezer for an half hour.
