Trump's Ukraine envoy Kellog arrives in Kyiv to talk and 'listen'

U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said he understood "the need for security guarantees" as he arrived in Kyiv on Wednesday (February 19) morning for a visit to the country and talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
