Custom GARDEN Lights DIY - You are the Designer!

So easy to design and make your own lights. Another easy, quick inexpensive project with few materials. These PCV lights can be used in your yard or your home. Be creative and you'll find many ways to make and decorate them. I used solar lights for the yard but you could use many different alternatives. All you really need are pieces of PVC, and a light source. Paint is optional.
