OCD and the Struggle of Trauma

Why do those with OCD have such a difficult time processing thorugh trauma? The pain of trauma is already difficult in itself, but if someone has OCD struggles, it make working through trauma even more challenging.

As I continue on The Trauma Healing Journey, I must address this factor, because so many of my viewers have battles with obsessive-compulsive struggles.

Today I want to examine the ways individuals with OCD may process and interact with the concept of trauma, often leading to challenges in identifying, addressing, and healing from past experiences.
