“Then Why Am I Fucking Living Here, Bitch?” (February 8, 2025)

Andrew states to his home health worker that he will “cook a hamburger knowing it's not safe” to do so. This is one of Andrew's thinly veiled threats: when he believes someone has called him “fake,” he will spitefully use kitchen appliances in knowingly unsafe ways, pretending that he does not know how to use them. This is to purposefully cause the other person to be fearful that he will start a fire or otherwise damage property.

Please note: Andrew absolutely knows how to use a stove. By his own admission, he had worked at McDonalds for over 3 years and was in training to be a manager. See this video for more:

4:34 – Andrew calls Crisis Services in the midst of what is clearly a psychotic episode. When Andrew's caregiver attempts to speak to Crisis Services, Andrew loudly talks over him in an attempt to control the narrative, then hangs up.
6:23 - Andrew: “I'm not a baby, man!”
6:45 – When Andrew's caregiver asks him what the problem is, Andrew says in a weepy voice that his caregiver “didn't want to help him with his diaper.”
7:01 - Andrew: “It's done and over with, man!” followed by howling.
7:15 - Andrew: “Leave me the fuck alone, man!”
8:00 – Possible headbanging.
10:11 – More screaming, Andrew announces that he's leaving then goes outdoors to lay in the snow.
15:05 – Speaking to someone on the phone, Andrew's caregiver can heard describing the incident that just happened. He states that he can play back a video of it which he had recorded where Andrew was lying “face down on the carpet” and when Andrew shouted “Why am I living here, bitch?” proving that he has evidence of Andrew being verbally abusive.
22:34 – Conversation resumes, with Andrew's caretaker telling him to come back indoors.
22:55 - Andrew: “I feel better after laying in the snow all this time.”
23:07 – Andrew announces that he threw out his teddy bear.
23:20 – Andrew: “I'm a man.” Caregiver: “Are you?” Andrew then begins to speak in his baby voice.
25:18 - “Please... dude!”
