Here it Comes Again: A Re-occuring milial cyst

This bump came back pretty quickly, and I realized I need to do a standard excision to remove it completely. When I looked at the tissue under the microscope, I suspected it could be a trichofolliculoma because of all the small cross-sections of hairs at the periphery, but because these small hairs were not surrounding the cystic space, this is not the case. These are just cross sections of vellus hairs, and there is a small cyst present. I think we got it this time!
