After a lovely start to the work week, temperatures are back below average and will remain the case for the next 7 days. A cold front came through the area and dropped temperatures down into the mid and lower 30s. Clouds have also filled in behind this front.   High temperatures today will get into the mid and upper 40s with winds out of the northwest at 5 to 15 mph. We are expected most of the day to have this low level cloud deck which will keep us under mostly cloudy to partly cloudy conditions.   Tonight we will cool off into the lower 30s and upper 20s. Skies will gradually clear tonight as high pressure begins to position itself right over the Badger state. Winds will be light out of the north and northwest from calm to 5 mph.   As high pressure drifts east, we will get winds on the back side of it, through the day Wednesday, watch the winds shift from northeast to the south and southeast around 5 mph. Temperatures will be in the mid 40s under mostly sunny skies.   Clouds build up on Thursday with highs in the upper 40s. Then we have a stretch of cloudy skies with periodic rain showers Friday through Sunday. Temperatures will be in the mid and upper 40s.
