Updated DISNEY+ Terms of Service are Worse Than Before | Now with MORE Ads

Disney has decided to update the terms of service for their streaming platforms such as Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ and the new terms do not appear to be very consumer friendly.

One of the major changes involves the inclusion of ads on the streaming platforms, including in the ad free tiers that people pay extra for. This isn’t going to be for everything, but it is a way for Disney to try and get extra money where they can. One of the more egregious new additions is the inclusion of language that doesn’t allow people to sue Disney if they sign up to any Disney streaming service regardless of whether or not they have since canceled it.
