Rubio arrives in Saudi Arabia before talks with Russia

U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, landed in Riyadh on Monday (February 17) as part of his first trip to the Middle East as secretary of state. The trip comes ahead of expected talks with Russian officials aimed at ending Moscow's nearly three-year war in Ukraine.
