Hi Rumblers! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 25 minute practice incorporates full rounded movements and poses that you can do when you are not sure what you want to do in your practice. While this increases in difficulty, this flow gives you strength, flexibility, stretch, and balance, great for your daily practice. Give it a try and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did!
