Sunny with temperatures above average expect a cooler week ahead.

Temperatures are still above average with a high in Bakersfield of 85.  Sunny skies and calm winds all across Kern County with temperatures cooling down on Monday. The Air Quality has risen to an AQI of 100 at a moderate level, just one number off from unhealthy for sensitive groups. As a weak lower pressure system moves into the valley off the Central Coast of California, we will see cooler temperatures on Monday and they will continue to drop to seasonal temperatures till the end of the week.
