Traditional Vietnamese cakes (Part 11) - "Banh Xu xe"

Banh Xu xe, also known as banh "husband and wife", is a traditional cake that has existed for a long time in Vietnam. This type of cake often appears on important occasions such as engagement days. Some places also use banh xeo as dessert for wedding parties.
Banh Xu xe is made from main ingredients including tapioca starch, green beans, coconut, sugar... The cake is simply wrapped in a thin transparent wrapper.
