God & me time

I have been fighting anxiety again, for over a week now - last bad spell like this was in November - I have to have more days as this taking care of my health - while also listening to praise & worship music as I have today

God’s got me in His hands - He’s got us all & the problems of this world in His hands too - I (we) must not saturate myself in news or social media - Instead saturate my (our) mind & soul into personal & physical health time
