It is more likely a plan to relocate those paychecks and transfer those funds in their own pockets. It is looking more like a scam being run from the top than actually being “responsible.”

While Elon is cutting some of that government spending, maybe he can cut down on the almost $2 Billion of grants he receives from the government each year for his own companies.

Yeah, very unlikely. It is more likely the government will INCREASE his funding.
