Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson: "You need to walk that back."

COL. Lawrence Wilkerson: Military colleges, floor plans, and troop dispositions were all being discussed.

The Israelis were already well into Syria, well beyond the Syrian side of the Golan Heights, and the Turks in Syria were among the other forces we were looking at. We examined Jordan's, Egypt's, and Iraq's armored forces, speculating about what they might do if they attacked Israel; Iran isn't even mentioned. Israel would vanish if all of this were to occur.

We all agreed that Israel would employ nuclear weapons. We concluded that they most likely would. That's in parallel to what Israel could be, ultimately. 

Then we asked ourselves, what would the United States do? We didn't know what the United States would do, so we left that alone.
