"Henderson City Council, thank you for your time.
I speak today not just for myself, but for our children—the ones who will inherit what we leave behind. My time here is limited, but I ask that we, as responsible adults, open a dialogue on serious issues affecting our community.
1. Environmental & Space Concerns – A meteor recently exploded in our nearby hills. How are we preparing for such events, especially if critical infrastructure is affected? Additionally, rising solar radiation and pollutants from chemical aerosols—chemtrails, not contrails—pose risks to public health. Independent research shows these contain harmful substances affecting human biology.
2. 5G, Cell Towers & Streetlights – These aren’t just for communication. They emit radiation capable of biological harm, and some have been used for crowd control. Fire departments have removed some towers due to health concerns. The streetlights themselves function as transceivers, raising concerns about optogenetics and potential neurological impacts.
3. Water & Air Safety – Our water is sold, then resold to us with fluoride, a neurotoxin. There is no monitoring for nano-particulates from atmospheric spraying. Reports of fog carrying parasites and widespread environmental contamination demand immediate investigation.
4. Food & Pharmaceutical Safety – Imported, prepackaged food enters our stores uninspected. Nano-particles and undisclosed chemicals are present in both food and medications. A local lab for independent testing would help safeguard public health.
5. Accountability for COVID Measures – Many were harmed by unsafe mandates, injections, and medical interventions. I was forced into early retirement for refusing to participate. Nursing homes remain unmonitored for potential abuse, yet no entity has acknowledged these harms.
I understand these are complex issues, but ignoring them would be wrong. We owe it to our children to at least begin the conversation. I ask this council to consider opening an ongoing dialogue to investigate these matters for the sake of our community’s health and safety.

Henderson is a beautiful town and I appreciate each and every one of you for the hard work you’ve put in to make it that way. Thank you.
I’m here today to ask on behalf of my children and yours, as my time is up here on Earth and we adults had our chance, that we open up a dialogue on courses of action on the following subjects, as it would be just plain wrong if we didn’t at least try to act on these items, no matter the scale.
Bear with me, I’m only asking as a matter of record and to hopefully begin a dialogue & course of action. Rome wasn’t built in a day, so I keep hearing.
Data on all this can be found on Infofreedom.org, a web site I made for my kids, as there was too much going on to just text to them. I know one day they will most certainly ask, “Dad, what did you do to try to fix these things for our future?”
1. Incoming space rocks, one of which landed close-by in the hills rendering a huge explosion, and how we may network ahead of time in case one hits critical infrastructure.
2. Radiation from the sun is not being told to the population and is dangerous at this time due to the natural solar cycle plus irritation from planetary positions, a planetary iron oxide halo from a passing object and a galactic density push from the galactic center now approaching the sun.
3. Chemicals falling on our homes, property, soil, and being inhaled from the chemtrails, not contrails as the engines no longer use water in the combustion mix; these chemicals contain a substance that causes clots in humans being pulled out in record numbers by morticians worldwide, and there are nano-tech within the chemtrails (Carnicominstitute.org) that connects within the body (graphene oxide & other substances, evidence at https://substack.com/profile/41754232-ana-maria-mihalcea-md-phd?utm_source=global-search) currently used and in full operation with 5G+ sites as the Wide Body Area Network (WBAN) and Internet of Things (IOT) which includes, oddly enough, our plants & other food (https://rumble.com/v6g7b97-dr-hughes-infowars-interview-follow-up-with-all-the-missing-pieces.html?).
4. The cell towers & 5-6G+are NOT just for phones, they contain ionizing radiation (HD FD had a site removed from one of their stations due to health concerns) and are able to be used as microwave type weapons, as NEXRADs are, and are armed with HUGE amounts of wattage & voltage capabilities (see the generator & wire structures attached to them) which may be used as crowd control weapons, as well, they hold the ability to cause cellular tissue damage at the push of a button which would then appear as a "flu-like" illness depending on the frequency and what type of damage it did, to which cells and if it struck a substrate in the body that may have been injected or ingested.
5. The street lights are also transceivers, and have radiation that is damaging to the body's cells - most certainly the eyes & retinas, and are reported to be using optogenetics (a biological technique to control the activity of neurons or other cell types with light https://www.nature.com/articles/s43586-022-00136-4#:~:text=Optogenetic%20techniques%20have%20been%20developed,cell%20biology%20and%20plant%20sciences.) as well, together with WBAN monitoring.
6. The water is being sold and then re-sold to the population after adding fluoride (https://www.cityofhenderson.com/home/showpublisheddocument/13922/638550167093370000), a neurotoxin known to lower IQs of children, now removed in cities recognizing this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVGeQepBlqk) and is not being monitored for nano-particulates such as graphene oxide & other chemtrail residue, which in this day & age is flatly dangerous.
7. Recent reports of fog containing parasites are POURING in worldwide, and our air is not monitored for such things, which are large particles. https://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/ along with carnicominstitute.org hold MASSIVE amounts of data from test results both directly from the air and the soil, indicating poisons and nano-particulate are IN THE AIR as we speak, and locally we are doing NOTHING to remediate it or warn the population - not even in the schools, and these kids are breathing it; not one person has been found to be NEGATIVE for Morgellons fibers to date, per Clifford Carnicom, a fiber which was examined by the FBI on national TV and found to be "a wholly unknown polymer" which again, is part of the clots being pulled out by morticians. 8. It is reported that the United Nations and other terrorist organizations have crossed the border before Trump took office and are poised to attack neighborhoods when given the command, to take the bought & paid for homes & properties from Americans for the Central Banks & entities such as Blackrock, Vanguard & State Street. Directed Microwave Energy Weapons have been used on this front in Lahaina, Paradise California, Pacific Palisades & others (https://gregreese.substack.com/p/directed-energy-weapons-burning-homes) and we would like assurance that our town is safe from these attacks; that our tunnels & skies are being monitored for these possibilities, and that the population knows these possibilities.
8. It seems there are myriad chemicals and nano-particles in our food and pharmaceuticals. These are NOT tested for or addressed by ANY OTHER AGENCY on a Federal, State or Local level. In fact, when I told the Southern Nevada Health District there are reports of this at Sprouts & Whole Foods, and that the products are coming DIRECTLY from China, into the Port of Los Angeles, pre-packaged, put on a train for direct distribution straight to the markets without inspection, they hung up on me & refused to call back. A local lab to randomly examine these products, including medical injectables & other samples from medication stock in healthcare delivery systems locally, would fix this concern.
9. Finally, not ONE entity in Nevada has apologized for the harmful covid 19 injectables, nasal tests & masks. Not even one. I was forced into early retirement to avoid the deadly mandates, and have ALWAYS refused to administer harmful, unsafe measures. Especially after seeing what happened to Dr. Joseph Moshe in whistle-blowing the Baxter Pharmaceutical attempt to depopulate Ukraine (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MKDCDAdr8Y) and in my professional opinion, many local “nursing homes” are being used by foreign interests to inflict harm using these measures, sadly. Yes, I reported this, was written up & threatened with my job for informing a CMS inspector of this – I have proof. TLC care center, here in Henderson.
