New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets in the final of Tri-Series at Karachi.

Final at Karachi Dt:- 14th February, 2025.
Pakistan won the toss and opted to bat first. While batting first Pakistan were bowled out at 242 runs in 49.3 overs.
Pakistan didn't start well and lost three wickets for 54 runs in 11.5 overs. Fakar Zaman made 10 runs, Babar Azam 29 runs and Saud Shakeel contributed 8 runs.
Then Mohammed Rizwan and Salman Ali Agha added 88 runs for the fourth wicket and consolidated a bit.
Rizwan top scored with 46 runs and Salman contributed 45 runs.
Tayyab Tahir made 38 runs, Faheem Ashraf 22 runs and Naseem Shah contributed 19 runs.
William ORourke took 4 wickets, two wickets were taken by Michael Bracewell and one wicket each went to Jacob Duffy and Nathan Smith.
In reply New Zealand achieved the target of 243 runs easily in 45.2 over by loosing only 5 wickets and won the Final of the Tri-Series with Pakistan and South Africa.
Will Young was out early making only 5 only, Devon Conway made 48 runs. Kane Williamson contributed 34 runs. Daryl Mitchell top scored with 57 runs and Tom Latham also contributed valuable 57 runs.
Glen Phillips remained not out on 20 runs and Michael Bracewell not out on 2 runs.
Naseem Shah took two wickets and one wicket each was taken by Shaheen Afridi, Abrar Ahmed and Salman Ali Agha.
New Zealand emerged as Champions of Tri-Series. William ORourke was adjudged Player of the Match and Salman Ali Agha as Player of the Series.
