This segment addresses the ongoing efforts to secure Georgia’s elections, focusing on the push for paper ballots and the removal of QR codes from ballots, which was partially achieved through SB189. Despite promises that the QR codes would be eliminated before the 2024 election, Brad Raffensperger and state lawmakers are now considering whether to spend millions on a software update or continue with the legal mandate to remove the QR codes. The federal ruling that QR codes were unlawful further complicates the situation, with existing laws already in place to safeguard elections. The segment also highlights the role of the State Election Board and a federal judge’s interference with the board, alongside concerns about the integrity of voting systems and the sovereignty of the American people. The conversation extends to issues with voter rolls, urging for systemic fixes to address underlying problems and ensure a secure electoral process.

There is a great group of people that are working to get our elections secure in Georgia. Last year we worked hard to go to paper ballots, while we didn’t get the paper ballots we did get the QR code off the ballots in SB189. The famous outcome was that we were in the middle of an election cycle to get it removed before the 2024 election. But was promised it would be removed for the next election.
Brad Raffensperger spoke to GA lawmakers as they were deciding whether to spend as much as $66M to remove the computer QR codes from ballots or abandon the idea in favor of a $15M software update. While we are in year 7 of a 10 year contract with our elections being so safe and secure that money could be used elsewhere. SB189 is the law, and now Brad Raffensperger is backing away from following the law. In addition a federal judge is confirming that the QR code was not lawful in the first place. We have federals and state laws that already exist that would secure our elections.
You are hearing that 2026 is a major election. All of Georgia’s constitutional officers are on the ballot.
The State Election Board passed legal rules to secure our elections before the 2024 election. They were knocked down by the SOS and were knocked out by a judge.
The law that is referenced on the certified legal tape of the election is a Canadian law.
Many of the voter machines and systems out there are linked to the same source code that is being used now. Paper ballots means bringing sovereignty back to the people and securing out elections. If we can’t see our vote our sovereignty is gone.
The voter rolls are another issue that is an issue. We need to get source of the problem
