Here’s a detailed recipe:
1.Boil & Dice Potatoes: Boil the potatoes until just tender, peel, and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
2.Temper with Cumin: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, & green chilli and let them splutter.
3. Toss Potatoes: Add the boiled potato cubes, salt, and mix well to coat them with the spices.
4.Sauté Spices: Add red chili powder, and coriander powder,chaat masala & garam masala. Stir for a few seconds.
5.Cook & Crisp: Sauté on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crisp.
6.Finish with Amchur & Coriander: Turn off the heat, sprinkle amchur powder. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Serving Suggestions

• Serve hot with roti, puri, or dal-rice.
• Can be used as a stuffing for wraps or sandwiches.
