What I am eating is sauerkraut, kimchi, coconut yogurt and several garden herbs known for their effect on blood and liver and kidneys. I'm living a paleo- keto diet now. Basically, Im eating like its 1699. and only when Im actually 'hungry' no dairy- no seed oils, zero sugar, zero wheat pasta, rice. No carbs whatsoever.
Lymphatic Cancer and metastasizing prostate cancer - diagnosed September 2024, but Ive been sick for two years on and off.
