Why are there no pictures of "Adam and Ryan Lanza" together? Most families have pictures where their children are together, not the Lanzas apparently.

How did a 100 lb. Autistic child shoot 26 people, not being stopped in such a short period of time with a 90% + hit rate? Higher than many trained military and law enforcement can supposedly do?
