Homan Hits Back After School District Sues Trump Over ICE Raids On Campuses

A lawsuit filed by the Denver Public School district claims it has had to devote time and resources to keep illegal migrant students safe from immigration enforcement, because the sensitive location policy has been ended.

Border Czar Tom Homan saying, if the FBI, DEA and all other agencies are able to walk on to school grounds and arrest criminals, so will ICE saying,

‘We are going hard core, we are going to arrest criminals.”

Homan asserting that they are not doing ‘sweeps’ of schools criticizing the democrats and media outlets for fear mongering, but said they will arrest illegal migrant criminals no matter where they are,

“There is no safe haven or sanctuary for violent illegal migrant criminals. If we have info on a MS-13 gang member who is wanted for a violent crime, we will walk into that school and arrest them.”

Denver is a sanctuary city that protects illegal migrants and ignores detainer requests from ICE,

Those in the city also recently leaked information about a major ICE raid in Aurora that was targeting 100 violent Venezuelan gang members.
