Banh Bo is a type of cake originating and popular in Vietnam. Beef cake is a type of cake made from: rice flour, water, sugar and yeast. The surface of the cake has many small bubbles due to many errors in the cake.
Steamed beef cake: is a type of steamed cake without coconut milk in the liquid dough. These type of cakes are usually small round in color with many colors: white (uncolored), yellow (from palm sugar), pink or purple (color from camphor leaves), green (from pandan leaves). Sometimes, this type of steamed cake is also made into large pieces. This type of cake can be eaten alone or sandwiched with Banh Tieu or eaten on a plate with coconut milk sprinkled with sesame salt.
